The upcoming HMD Hyper, a successor to the Nokia X30, has seen new leaks from @smashx_60 on X.com, revealing additional renders and specifications. Building on last month’s initial leak, which showcased the device in yellow, the new renders introduce three more colors: teal, red, and grey. The HMD Hyper, which blends design elements from the HMD Skyline, is expected to feature a metal frame and a glass back.
The device will feature a 6.55-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Notably, it will be equipped with a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus and FHD video recording capabilities. Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, the HMD Hyper is expected to offer 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.
On the back, the HMD Hyper is anticipated to feature a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 13MP telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The device will also include a 4,700 mAh battery with 33W fast charging, IP54 water and dust resistance, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, and NFC connectivity.
