Just like the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Exynos 2500 uses a 4+4 combo of performance cores for a better experience. Also, the Exynos 2500 will use a new TPU component along with G-NPU and S-NPU.

It is expected that Samsung will use its 8-core variant for its Galaxy series phones and its 10-core variant for its Galaxy Tab and Galaxy Books. The Galaxy Book 4 Edge will be released later this year and equipped with a Snapdragon X Elite processor.

The point to be noted is that Exynos 2500 has more CPU and GPU power than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 but in terms of PC chips, Exynos 2500 will only be beneficial if it competes with Snapdragon X Elite that aims to rival Intel and AMD chips.
